Surrounded by meadows and woods, it offers privacy and silence, the possibility of outdoor meals and views of the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Canoscio. Casale San Pietro sits atop a hill near Città di Castello, surrounded by private olive groves and a spacious terraced garden. The property spans 284 square metres, with underfloor heating throughout and heated towel rails in the bathrooms, keeping you comfortable in every season. High-speed WiFi suitable for video calls and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected, while a television with video on demand offers evening entertainment. Children will find toys and books available to keep them busy. Outside, enjoy the private garden, an uncovered terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue grill for al fresco dining with mountain views. On-site parking is available for up to 4 cars. A Moka coffee machine is provided, and a washing machine is at your disposal. Please note the property is best accessed by car, as an unpaved road through a short stretch of woodland leads to the house.
